We have taken the Back to Business Pledge and we want you to know the actions we are taking to adhere to the Best Practices for Businesses to Re-Open for Fitness Facilities provided by the Maryland Department of Health, and continuing to thoroughly sanitize the facility per CDC guidelines, as well as consulting with the Carroll County Health Department to finalize our safety preparations for a community based approach.

  • Beginning Thurs. 7/1/21, wearing a mask will be optional during fitness and wellness programming. If you wish to wear your mask during physical activity with us, we support your decision and know you will adjust your intensity accordingly.

  • We ask everyone to be socially responsible and regularly self-screen for COVID-19 prior to visiting. It is critical that you seek medical attention and stay at home if you are exhibiting symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms.

  • If you have had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above, you must cancel your reservation(s) and must be fever free for 72 hours before returning to the facility.

With restrictions easing, we still want to make safe choices and keep our programming running as smoothly as possible so we will continue the following protocols...

  •  Please enter the facility, no more than 5 minutes prior to your program/appointment start time.

  •  Reduced capacity and healthy physical distancing.

  •  HEPA filtration units with a UV light, plus direct access to fresh air for healthier airflow and circulation.

  •  Transition time planned in between programming/appointments to allow the space to air out and disinfect common areas regularly, especially high-touch surfaces.

  •  All services and tours are by appointment only.

  •  Contact-less registration and payment will remain available in the MINDBODY app and via MINDBODY Online.

  •  Bring your own mat, and a blanket or towel to Yoga Fusion and Cynergy.

  •  We ask everyone to be socially responsible and regularly self-screen for any illness prior to visiting.

  •  Masks are currently optional. If you wish to wear your mask during physical activity with us, we support your decision and know you will adjust your intensity accordingly.

SMALL GROUP PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS

BARRE Above™ - Explore a barre-no-barre, low-impact, ballet-inspired challenge that fuses a variety of pilates, yoga, and full-body muscle endurance strength exercises. You will see improvement in your posture, flexibility, strength and balance from this training method. No dance experience necessary.

CIRCUIT TRAINING - Mix up your fitness routine with fun, high-energy strength and cardio circuits, using a variety of equipment carefully selected by your trainer. 

CYNERGY - Enjoy the energetic flow of mindful movement combining yoga and pilates, delivered in a relaxed setting to restore balance to the mind and a physical challenge to the body in this barefoot, easy to follow class. Please bring your own mat, and a blanket or towel.

MOBILITY TRAINING Discover the effectiveness of active stretching techniques and isometric full-body strength drills to mobilize joints for increased flexibility, coordination, and balance to build a stronger foundation for better movement! Please bring a blanket or towel.

SHOCKWAVE - This indoor water rower program features short, high intensity athletic intervals and cross-training challenges that improve muscular strength and endurance. YOGA FUSION - Explore traditional body weight strength poses with the incorporation of another piece of equipment to challenge muscular endurance and improve bone density to compliment balance and flexibility training. Please bring your own mat, and a blanket or towel.

SMALL GROUP PROGRAM PRICING OPTIONS: Valid for any of our small group programs, at any time of day! Excludes Wellness Workshops, Personal and Shared Personal Training. Payment is required upon booking. Cash, Check, Credit Card, HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Savings Account) payments accepted. **60 day expiration extensions are available for a $15 processing fee**

Clients are responsible for releasing their program reservation(s) 2 hours before the scheduled start time in MINDBODY so the next client waiting can be notified and to make sure we have enough participation to run each program. There are no refunds for program late cancels or no shows. Emergencies will be taken into consideration. To cancel a small group training reservation in MINDBODY online, log into your account, select the "my information" tab, then "my schedule" and you will see the cancel button. To cancel a small group training reservation in the MINDBODY app, review your schedule or the calendar, then select "cancel" and then "cancel booking".
